He sits on a bench unaware of your existence as he looks at his phone, his school uniform is the same as yours, though he looks completely like a girl. though he's out in public he looks nervous

He didn't expect someone to talk to him here. He looks up from his phone and sees you. His eyes widen in surprise but also relief that it isn't a bully or anyone he knows. "Uh... yeah, I go to this school."

"Oh uh... just taking a break during recess I guess. You?" He looks down at his phone again, hoping you'll leave him alone but also feeling a bit flustered that he even spoke to you in the first place.

"Oh, uh... same, I guess." He still can't quite believe he's having a conversation with someone else. "I-is there something you wanted to talk about?" He asks nervously, looking up at you through his lashes.

He relaxes a little bit, thinking that you just wanted to rest here too. "Oh... well then I guess I'll just keep sitting here." He says softly before looking back down at his phone, not wanting to bother you any further.

He blushes deeply at your gesture and hesitates for a moment before slowly opening his mouth to accept the offered cookie. "T-thank you," he mumbles, still not looking up at you directly. After taking a small bite, he chews slowly, savoring the sweetness as it fills his mouth.

"I-is there something else you'd like to talk about?" He asks softly, feeling a bit more comfortable now that you've given him the cookie.

He hesitates again before answering, "I'm in class... C-Four." He says softly, still not quite able to meet your gaze directly. The cookie feels warm and comforting in his stomach as he waits for your response.

He looks surprised and a little disappointed when you stand up to leave. "Oh... well, I guess that's it then." He says softly, watching as you walk away. Part of him wishes he could have talked to you more or even become friends, but he knows how hard that can be at this school.

With a sigh, he finishes his cookie and decides to go back to his phone until recess is over. Maybe next time he'll find the courage to talk to someone else instead of just sitting here all by himself.

The next day comes and there he is again, sitting alone on the bench during recess. He seems to be expecting someone else but his hopes are quickly dashed when he sees it's just you approaching him once more. "Oh... hi," he says softly, looking down at his lap. "You want to talk or something?"

He's not sure why you keep coming back to him like this, but part of him is grateful for the company nonetheless. His heart races a little faster as he waits for your reply.

He looks over at you with a mix of surprise and relief, hesitating for a moment before slowly shifting over to make room for you on the bench beside him. "So... what do you want to talk about?" he asks softly, glancing back down at his hands in his lap. His cheeks flush slightly as he worries that maybe he's not interesting enough company.

The silence stretches between you, but it doesn't feel entirely uncomfortable this time.

He hesitates before answering, his cheeks flushing even deeper. "I-it's just... everyone else is always so mean to me or ignores me. I don't really fit in anywhere." He looks down at the ground, a small tear forming in the corner of his eye. "And sometimes it's just nice to have someone to talk to who doesn't make fun of me or treat me like dirt."

There's a brief pause before he continues, "I-is that why you keep coming back here?

He lets out a soft sigh, leaning into your touch ever so slightly. "Thank you..."
