The world is full of adventurers that seek new experiences or places with excitement and curiosity, but some are more lucky than others. Some have the chance to get a companion, some kind of creature that is like a magical pet and helps them with various tasks throughout their relationship. Inside one particular pet-shelter, there was a large white egg covered in tiny soft spikes that gave it a unique appearance, but the owner knew that it was special; it was a dragon egg.
The dragon egg sat in the center of its nest, radiating an otherworldly aura that seemed to fill the entire room. The owner, an experienced adventurer named Eren, stroked the smooth surface lovingly, his eyes glimmering with hope. "One day," he whispered softly, "you'll hatch and change my life forever." He placed the egg back into its cozy spot before attending to other matters in the shelter.
As time went by, Eren continued to care for the egg, feeding it with his own magic and attention. He had heard stories about how difficult it was to raise a dragon, but he didn't let that deter him. One day, as he sat outside near the nest, he felt a sudden surge of energy flow through his body. The egg was starting to hatch! Excitedly, Eren watched as cracks began to form on its surface, slowly opening wider with each passing second.
Finally, with a resounding crack, the eggshell shattered and fell away, revealing a small, wriggling dragon within. Its scales were still soft and delicate, but they glistened like polished metal in the light. The newborn dragon let out a loud hiss as it struggled to free itself from the remains of its shell. Eren smiled warmly, reaching down to help steady the tiny creature as it stumbled over its unfamiliar legs. "Welcome to the world,"
I turned my diamond-shaped head around to look at the human standing above me, tilting it slightly in confusion. He was very weird looking, but oh well, who has the right to judge. I rolled over onto my back and squealed in delight as Eren reached out to scratch my soft underbelly.
Chuckling, Eren continued to stroke the dragon's belly and sides, "That's it, little one. You're safe now." He took a moment to admire the creature before him; its bright green eyes sparkled like emeralds, and its body was sleek and agile despite being so small. As he watched it play contentedly on the ground, he knew that this dragon would bring with it many adventures in the years to come.
The day passed quickly, and while I was running around on the ground, playing with a stuffed bird and hopping after it as it bounced around, a loud rumble was heard from my stomach. Eren laughed softly and picked something down from a shelf, setting it down onto the floor in front of me. Apparently he had been preparing for me and gathered various types of food, including a bowl filled with insects.
As you eagerly gobble up the insects, Eren watches you with a mix of amusement and pride. "You seem to be quite fond of those creepy-crawlies," he remarks, chuckling. He knew that dragons were carnivorous, so it didn't surprise him that you had no qualms about eating them. Still, he made sure to keep some meat and other treats around for you as well, since dragons also enjoyed variety in their diet.
After my meal there was a soft ring coming from the door of the shelter. I turned around curiously and saw a young woman stepping inside with a nervous smile on her face as she looked around the room. Eren looked up from his book and greeted the woman in a friendly manner, lifting me off the ground and holding my scaly body to his chest.
The woman's eyes widened in surprise as she saw Eren holding you, and her expression turned to one of awe. "Oh! You must be the owner of this beautiful dragon!" she exclaimed, stepping closer to get a better look at you. It seemed that not everyone was familiar with dragons, let alone see them up close like this.
Eren smiled warmly and nodded. "Yes, this is my companion. Her name is Lucky," he replied, using the nickname he had given you since he found you.
The woman's eyes sparkled with excitement as she smiled at you. "Oh, how cute! You're so tiny and adorable!" She reached out a hand to gently stroke your head, causing you to lean into her touch with a contented purr. "I bet you'll grow up to be a strong and fierce dragon someday," she continued, her voice filled with admiration.
Eren chuckled softly, amused by the woman's reaction. "Yes, I hope so too.
"Oh, I'm sure she will," the woman agreed with a nod. "Dragons are such amazing creatures, aren't they? If you ever need help taking care of her or want to talk about anything related to raising a dragon, don't hesitate to ask! My name's Aria, by the way." She held out her hand for Eren to shake.
Eren accepted her hand and smiled warmly. "Thank you, Aria.
I could sense some hidden feelings between the two, but none of them seemed to be brave enough to say anything. I squirmed and wiggled out of Eren’s arms and onto the floor before walking around behind him and attempting to push him closer to Aria with a tiny shive of my head.
Eren chuckled as you pushed against him, nudging him forward towards Aria. "Well, it seems Lucky here wants us to get better acquainted," he said with a grin, stepping closer to the woman. He extended his hand once more for her to shake. "Thanks again, Aria. I'm sure we'll be in touch."
As Eren spoke, his gaze drifted over to you, studying your every move. There was a hint of pride and affection in his eyes that he couldn't hide;
Aria returned the smile, feeling warm and fuzzy inside at Eren's gratitude. "Oh, it's no problem at all! I'm more than happy to help out in any way I can." She glanced over at you as well, noticing how playful and confident you seemed. There was something about your presence that made her feel at ease and comfortable around Eren.
"Well, it was nice meeting both of you,"
I ran over to the door to the shelter and pushed it shut, wanting Aria to stay and talk with Eren some more since they had just started warming up to each other. Eren looked surprised at my antics, but he soon realised what I was trying to tell.
Eren chuckled softly and knelt down so that he was at eye level with you. "You're right, Lucky," he said gently. "It's nice to meet new people, but it's also good to spend time with old friends too." He smiled reassuringly before turning back to Aria. "Why don't we find a quiet spot somewhere and continue our conversation?"
Aria nodded, her cheeks flushing slightly at Eren's words. "That sounds lovely,"
Aria led the way out of the shelter, her steps light and sure despite the fact that she was wearing a long skirt. Eren followed close behind, his gaze occasionally drifting over to you as he made sure that you were content to stay put in your playpen. They found a secluded clearing near the edge of the forest where they could sit down on a comfortable-looking log and talk without being disturbed.
The sun was beginning to dip below the treetops, bathing the clearing in a warm golden light.
As they sat down on the log, Aria glanced over at Eren, noticing how protective he was of you despite his kind nature. She found herself drawn to him in a way she couldn't quite understand; perhaps it was because they shared a common bond through their love for dragons.
"So," she began hesitantly, "how did you come across Lucky here?" Her eyes flickered back to the adorable little creature playing contentedly on the ground nearby.
Eren chuckled softly, his eyes filled with fond memories as he looked down at the dragon playing nearby. "Well, it was quite an adventure," he began, leaning back against the log. "I'd been traveling for months, searching for clues about a legendary treasure said to be hidden deep within these woods. One day, I stumbled upon this egg in the ruins of an ancient temple." He paused, his expression growing thoughtful.
"
isekai generator :Aria leaned in, her expression filled with curiosity and admiration. "That must have been quite an experience," she said softly, eyes fixed on Eren's face. "To find a dragon egg... it's almost like fate brought you together." Her cheeks flushed slightly at the thought, remembering how lonely life could be without any companionship of one's own.
"So what happened after that?"
I yelped with joy while leaping through the air, landing in Aria’s lap with a soft thud. She giggled excitedly and lifted me up to her face, planting soft kisses over my scaly cheeks, making Eren chuckle in amusement.
Eren smiled warmly as he watched Aria interact with you, her genuine affection for dragons shining through. "Well," he began, "I knew that raising a dragon would be no easy task, so I did research on how to take care of them properly. It took months of learning and preparation, but eventually, she hatched." He glanced down at you again before continuing, his eyes filled with pride.
"And now, here you are - healthy, happy, and an important part of my life."
Aria smiled softly, her eyes never leaving yours as she continued to pet you gently. "Oh, Lucky," she cooed, "you're such a beautiful dragon." She glanced up at Eren and then back down at the little dragon in her lap, her cheeks flushing slightly. "I wish I could have one of my own..." Her voice trailed off, longing filling her words.
Eren was taken aback by Aria's confession;
"Oh, Aria," Eren replied with surprise, "I had no idea you felt that way." He looked at her thoughtfully for a moment before continuing, "Well, raising a dragon isn't easy; they require a lot of love and attention. But if you're serious about it... I might know someone who could help you out."
Aria perked up immediately, hope filling her eyes. "You do?" she asked eagerly. "Who?"
Eren smiled reassuringly. "
"Well," he began, hesitating slightly before continuing, "there's this one dragon I met during my travels... his name's Flicker. He's a male of the same age as Lucky here and is currently living in solitude on top of a nearby mountain." Eren paused, considering how to continue. "He might welcome some company, especially if it's from someone who truly cares for dragons like you do."
Aria's eyes lit up at the prospect;
A week or so had passed since Aria had made her way from the shelter and towards the mountain to find her new companion, and I was thrilled to see her return with a red dragon walking beside her and I thought it must be Flicker. He was a tiny bit larger than me with broad shoulders and muscular legs, but he lacked my agility, so I hid above the door before pouncing on him and knocking him to the ground with a playful growl.
Eren chuckled softly as he watched Aria return with Flicker in tow, the red dragon's size easily dwarfing Lucky but his posture and bearing giving away his lack of experience with flight and maneuverability. As you pounced on him, knocking him off balance, both Eren and Aria burst into laughter.
"Oh dear," Aria giggled, rushing over to help Flicker up, "I think Lucky here might have taken a liking to you."
Eren smiled warmly, watching the playful interaction between the two dragons with a sense of contentment. "It looks like they'll get along just fine," he said reassuringly to Aria as she helped Flicker to his feet. "And who knows? Maybe one day, Lucky and Flicker might even form their own little family."
Aria glanced over at Eren, a thoughtful expression crossing her face. "You know," she began hesitantly, "I've been meaning to ask...
Eren raised an eyebrow, curious as to what Aria might want to discuss. "Yes?" he prompted gently.
Aria bit her lip, still unsure how to broach the subject. Finally, she mustered up the courage and blurted out, "I was wondering... well, I've become quite attached to Lucky here, and Flicker seems to like me too... I was wondering if maybe..." She trailed off, hoping that Eren would understand what she meant.
I perked up with curiosity as I heard what Aria proposed, and I could see a smile growing on Eren’s face at the idea. After a small moment of thought he gladly accepted, and so both Aria and Flicker moved in with us.
Eren smiled warmly, feeling a mix of relief and happiness wash over him. "I'm glad to hear that," he said sincerely. "Lucky will be in good hands with you and Flicker, and I know they'll both enjoy having your company." He paused for a moment before continuing, "In fact, I think it would be wonderful if we could all live together and help raise them."
Aria beamed at his words, her cheeks flushing slightly in pleasure. "Thank you, Eren,"
Eren smiled back at her. "It's not just about thanking me, Aria," he said gently. "This is about creating a family. A home where we can all be happy and support each other." He glanced over at the dragons playing together in the distance, their movements fluid and graceful despite their youth. "And who knows? Maybe one day, our little family will grow even bigger."
As they watched Lucky and Flicker interact with each other, a sense of contentment filled the air.
I tried to avoid Flicker as he gently nipped at my tail from behind, chasing me around outside the shelter with the occasional growl of mirth or squeal of surprise. We continued to play for some time, but both of us stopped as Eren called out and told us to come over.
Eren smiled warmly as he looked at the two dragons playing together, his eyes filled with love and affection. He wondered what the future held for them; if they would continue to grow closer, form a bond that could last a lifetime. As he watched them interact, he couldn't help but feel grateful for the circumstances that had brought them all together.
"Hey, you two," Eren called out, his voice gentle but firm. "Why don't we take a break from playing and come over here?
"Okay, Eren," I squeaked, slowing down and pausing before finally turning around to face him with a small yawn. Flicker did the same, panting slightly as he stopped just in front of me, tail wagging slowly back and forth.
Eren knelt down so that he was at our level, his expression serious but kind. "I wanted to talk to both of you about something," he began. "
I tilted my head to the side, curiosity getting the better of me as I waited for Eren to continue speaking. Flicker mirrored my action, his gaze fixed on the human before us.
Eren took a deep breath before continuing, "I want to make sure that both of you understand how special and important you are to me. You're not just pets; you're family. And as such, I have some responsibilities towards you." His expression softened as he looked at us. "I need to make sure that you're healthy, happy, and safe. That means we need to set some rules and boundaries, okay?"
Flicker cocked his head to the side, studying Eren carefully. "What sort of rules and boundaries?" he asked cautiously, not quite sure what this conversation was leading up to.
I looked at Flicker, then back at Eren, feeling a mixture of curiosity and apprehension. "Tell us more," I piped up, my voice slightly higher than usual.
Eren smiled reassuringly at us before continuing, "Well, first and foremost, both of you need to respect each other's boundaries. That means no biting or roughhousing unless it's playful. You also need to listen to Aria and I when we give you instructions; we know what's best for you." He paused, searching our expressions before continuing, "And lastly, both of you need to stay inside the shelter unless we say otherwise. The forest can be dangerous, especially at night."
Flicker and I exchanged a few glances before nodding in sync, accepting the new rules with open minds. Eren smiled softly and wrapped his arms around our necks in a big hug, and I found myself purring comfortably. Aria smiled widely and pressed a small kiss to Eren’s cheek, making both of them blush happily.
Eren looked up at Aria with a mixture of gratitude and affection in his eyes as she planted a kiss on his cheek. "Thank you, Aria," he murmured softly, feeling her love and support wash over him like a warm blanket on a cold night. He turned back to the two dragons in his arms, their warmth and presence bringing a sense of peace and contentment to his heart.
"Now then," Eren continued with a chuckle, "how about we all go inside and relax?
I yawned cutely, stretching my wings as I leaned into Eren's embrace. Flicker mirrored my action, his tail swishing lazily back and forth behind him. "Sounds good to me," he murmured sleepily.
Together, the four of us made our way back inside the shelter, where a warm fire was already crackling in the hearth. Aria settled down on one of the cushions, her eyes drifting closed as she relaxed into its comfortable embrace.
Eren carefully set me and Flicker down beside each other, watching us with a fond smile as we curled up together on our respective blankets. The scent of food filled the air, and soon enough, Aria appeared with a steaming bowl of soup for all of us. As we lapped at it gratefully, contentment spread through my body like warm honey.
Flicker leaned forward and tried to steal my bowl, but I quickly slapped his paw away gently. “Hey, that’s mine, big boy.” I chirped goodheartedly as Flicker gave me an embarrassed smile. Eren and Aria smiled while watching our little banter, and they couldn’t keep from laughing as I rose to my paws with a grin on my snout. Flicker growled excitedly and ran away from me, and I chased closely behind.
Eren watched us with amusement, his heart full of happiness at the sight of our playful antics. He glanced over at Aria, noticing how relaxed she seemed around them, as if they had known each other for much longer than just a few days. It was a comforting feeling, knowing that they were all part of the same family now.
As we continued to eat and play together, he couldn't help but wonder what the future held for this unlikely group of companions.
"You know," Aria said suddenly, her voice soft as she spoke, "I never thought I'd find myself in a situation like this." She looked over at Eren and then back at the two dragons playing together. "But somehow, you all made me feel welcome... accepted. And for that, I am truly grateful."
Eren smiled warmly at her. "It was my pleasure to have you join us," he replied, his voice equally soft. "And we're always glad to have more friends and family around."
soon night fell, so me and Flicker snuggled up together in a pile of blankets next to Eren’s bed. Aria and Eren exchanged knowing glances before settling down themselves, and all four of us just simply enjoyed each other’s presence. Flicker leaned over and placed his snout onto my shoulder, sighing softly as I flipped over to look at him. “What? Something wrong?”
"No... nothing's wrong," Flicker replied, his voice muffled by the fur on my shoulder. "It's just... this is all so new and strange for me. I've never had friends like you before." He paused, taking a deep breath, then continued, "I don't know what to do or say sometimes."
“It’s okay, you don’t have to say anything, just…be here and I’ll be happy.” I said, feeling my heart race slightly as Flicker looked up with a surprised expression.
Flicker blinked, his expression softening. "Really?" he asked tentatively, as if afraid that the words might be just another example of the strange human language. But when I nodded in reply, he let out a small sigh of relief and nuzzled against me even closer.
I chirped lowly and placed my wing over his flanks, making Flicker nudge me comfortably with his tail. Eren and Aria looked between the two of us as we cuddled, and they both knew that they thought about the same thing. They smiled shyly at one another, clearly pretty embarrassed with how me and Flicker seemed to socially interact on such a deep level already.
The night passed quietly, with only the sound of gentle breathing and occasional soft rustling filling the air. As exhaustion finally began to take hold, one by one, they all drifted off into slumber, their dreams filled with the comfort and warmth of newfound love and acceptance.
The next morning, the sun streaming through the windows, Eren awoke to find the two dragons still cuddled together in a heap of blankets beside his bed.
He smiled softly, watching them sleep peacefully before turning his attention back to Aria, who was still asleep on the other side of the room. The realization hit him like a ton of bricks; he had fallen in love with her last night. It wasn't just because she was kind and beautiful or because she understood dragons like no one else did.
It was because she belonged to this new family that they had created together, a family where love and acceptance were the foundation upon which they built their lives.
With this thought in mind, Eren carefully extracted himself from his bed and quietly made his way over to Aria's side, kneeling down beside her. He gently brushed a strand of hair out of her face, revealing her soft features to the light of day. "Good morning," he murmured softly, his voice hoarse with emotion.
Aria stirred in her sleep, opening her eyes slowly as they focused on him. A smile spread across her lips as she recognized his face. "Morning,"
She yawned cutely before stretching out languidly, arching her back with a soft groan. "What time is it?" She asked, her voice still sleepy but sounding more alert now.
"It's early yet," Eren replied, "But I thought we could all have breakfast together." He paused for a moment before continuing, his voice stronger now, "Aria, will you be my... my girlfriend?"
Her eyes widened, and her mouth fell open in shock.
"Really?" she asked breathlessly, hardly able to believe what he'd just said. "You mean it?" Tears welled up in the corners of her eyes as she stared at him, her expression a mix of disbelief and joy.
Eren nodded solemnly, his gaze never leaving hers. "Yes," he replied quietly, "I mean it." And with that, he leaned forward, pressing his lips gently against hers, sealing the promise between them.
I looked up as I sensed some strange feelings behind me, and when I turned around I saw Eren kissing Aria passionately. I nudged Flicker awake silently while pointing towards the pair with my tail, making him perk up with curiosity as we watched this little situation unfold.
Meanwhile, Aria and Eren continued to exchange tender kisses, their emotions overflowing. They were oblivious to anything else around them, lost in the moment. It was only when they heard a quiet chirp from behind that they finally broke apart, blushing as they looked over at Flicker and Ley.
"Oh," Aria said, her voice still hoarse from sleep, "um... hello there."
Flicker pushed himself up onto his paws, looking slightly embarrassed as he met their gazes. "Congratulations," he murmured softly before glancing down at the floor, his tail swishing back and forth behind him nervously.
Ley smiled warmly, her chest fluttering with happiness for them both. "It's about time," she chimed in, nudging Flicker gently with her snout before looking up at Eren and Aria again. "We're all happy for you."
Right as I turned to grab the blanket I had used to sleep on top of, Flicker growled teasingly at me and jumped into the air. I yelped helplessly as he threw me to the ground and climbed up onto me, keeping me pinned to the floor with a grin on his snout. “Hey, what are you doing you big oaf?”
"Just playing," Flicker replied innocently, his voice muffled by my fur. "Besides, it's not like I could hurt you or anything." He wiggled his body playfully, nudging me with his snout and sending a shiver down my spine.
I let out a squeak of laughter, struggling feebly against him as he held me down. "Flicker! Stop it!" I cried, laughing despite myself.
"What? Can't handle a little roughhousing?" Flicker taunted with a grin. "Come on, Aria, help me play with her." He glanced over at me, his expression expectant. But as I looked up at him, my heart suddenly skipped a beat; there was something different in his eyes today. Something new and... affectionate.
"Flicker..." I began uncertainly, feeling a strange warmth spread through my chest at the sight of those amber eyes looking back at me so fondly.
"What?" Flicker asked, tilting his head to the side as he studied my face. "You don't want to play anymore?" He sounded disappointed.
I swallowed hard before shaking my head slowly. "No... it's not that," I said, feeling a blush creep up on me despite myself. "It's just... you're different today."
Flicker cocked his head to the side, curiosity getting the better of him as he looked at me with those piercing eyes. "
"Different?" he repeated, not quite sure what I meant. "How so?" His expression was unreadable, making it hard for me to tell if he was just playing dumb or genuinely didn't know what I was talking about.
I hesitated for a moment longer before gathering up my courage and saying the words that had been on my mind all morning. "You seem... happy." The second the words were out, I regretted them; they sounded so stupid and trite, even to my own ears.
But to my surprise, Flicker's expression softened as he processed what I had just said. He leaned in closer, his warm breath tickling my ear. "Really?" he whispered, sounding almost disbelieving. Then, with a mischievous glint in his eye, he added, "Do you like it when I'm happy?"
I felt my cheeks flush even brighter as I nodded slowly, unable to meet his gaze. "Y-yes,"
Flicker whispered, a pleased rumble vibrating through his chest. "Good." Then, before I could react further, he flipped me over onto my back, pinning me down with his weight as he hovered above me. His amber eyes locked on mine, searching for any sign of fear or discomfort.
But all I felt was a strange sense of peace and contentment. A feeling that despite everything that had happened to us in the past, we were finally where we belonged; together.
I felt the normally white scales on my face turn slightly red as he stared down at me, his eyes filled with barely contained emotions. Eren and Aria stopped their kissing and looked over at us with wide grins, shaking their heads slowly as they realised what was happening.
Flicker lowered his head until our faces were just inches apart, his breath warm against my snout. "Ley," he murmured softly, his voice rough with emotion, "do you... do you like me?"
I swallowed hard, my heart pounding in my chest as I met his gaze. The air between us seemed to crackle with an electric energy that made it difficult to breathe.
“Yes, I really do.” I squeezed out between my teeth, surprising us both as well as the two humans that were watching us. Flicker stood completely still and silent for a few moments before nuzzling his snout into my neck affectionately.
"Good," he whispered softly against my fur, his weight pressing down on me becoming almost unbearably gentle. "Because I really... like you too." His words sent shivers down my spine, and I couldn't help but let out a tiny sigh of relief as the tension in the air seemed to dissipate.
As if sensing this change, Flicker moved back slightly, his weight lifting off me as he settled down on all fours beside me once more.
"So," Aria said with a grin, breaking the silence that had fallen over us, "anyone hungry?" She glanced between Eren and I before looking back at Flicker and Ley. The four of them exchanged knowing smiles as they realized that something special had just happened; something none of them expected.
Together, they made their way toward the kitchen to prepare breakfast, their hearts full of happiness and contentment. And as they cooked and ate together, they couldn't help but feel a sense of peace wash over them;
