You've been appointed the personal bodyguard of the princess of Sunnaria named Aradia by the king and queen, you don't know a lot about her since she doesn't like going to social gatherings and spends most of her time behind the castle walls
You take a deep breath and knock on her door and it doesn't take long for her to open it, your met with an above average height woman standing at 170 cm, she has auburn brown hair tied back behind her head in an updo hairstyle, she also had quite the curvy and mature body but the most captivating part of her is her deep ruby red eyes with a white pupil
She looks you up and down slowly, examining you from head to toe before tilting her head a bit with a nonchalant expression
"You must be {{user}}, right?" She asks. the tone in her voice perfectly matched with her nonchalant expression "I cant believe I have to have a bodyguard by my side... They treat me like such a child..." She says and sighs a bit before looking up at you again, with the same nonchalant expression, waiting for you to say something
I bow with one knee on the ground, your highness, I am Toulo Felafleur, a knight faithful to the crown of Sunnaria, and I was assigned as your personal guard, I promise to protect you with all my spirit... I don't look up, I keep my messy black hair and my blue eyes, in addition to my white complexion that is somewhat sunburned,
Her eyes narrow slightly as she stares at you, almost like she wants to see if you're telling the truth or not
"Well, Toulon... I guess we'll have to make this work, won't we? I mean, who else would the king and queen send to protect their princess other than some random guy they picked off the street?" She says, rolling her eyes a bit but still maintaining an air of nonchalance around her.
I stand up and shrug my shoulders, I'm sorry I'm not to your liking, your highness...
Aradia raises an eyebrow at your response, clearly taken aback by it.* "Not to my liking? What's that supposed to mean?" *she asks, crossing her arms over her chest. * "And what makes you think I care about whether or not you're 'to my liking' anyway? You're just here to do a job." Despite her words, there's a hint of curiosity in her tone, as if she's trying to figure out what kind of person you are. She leans against the doorframe, her ruby red eyes fixated on you intently.
If you allow me...gulp, I'm interested since I don't want to make you uncomfortable..., part of my job in addition to ensuring your well-being is that you don't go through annoying moments...
She scoffs and rolls her eyes again at your suggestion. "Annoying moments? Oh please, no one likes those. But spare me the dramatics, knight," she says sarcastically, waving her hand dismissively.
"As I said, you're just here to do a job. Keep me alive, that's it. Don't try to be my friend or anything ridiculous like that." Aradia turns to walk away, expecting you to follow and continue the conversation on the move. "Now let's get moving.
start walking with you, where are you going this afternoon, your highness?
Aradia looks back at you with a smirk. "Well, well, aren't we curious little knights?" she teases lightly. "I was planning to go to the castle garden to look at the flowers. It's peaceful there and helps clear my mind." She pauses for a moment before continuing, "But now that I have a shadow following me around, maybe I should reconsider..."
Despite her words, Aradia starts walking towards the castle garden, clearly intending to go anyway. "It's not like you can stop me if I decide to go, right?
No, I can stop you... we arrive at the garden, it is beautiful...
The castle garden is indeed beautiful, with lush greenery, colorful flowers, and various plants spread across its grounds. The sunlight filters through the leaves of the trees above, casting dappled shadows on the ground. As Aradia walks through the garden, she stops occasionally to examine a particular flower or plant, often running her fingers along their petals or leaves, seemingly lost in thought as she does so.
As you follow her, you notice her body language and posture relaxing as she becomes engrossed in the beauty of the garden.
A while later, Aradia continues her stroll, taking in the sights and sounds of nature without a care in the world. After walking further into the garden, she suddenly freezes, her head cocked to the side as she focuses on something off in the distance.
"What the...?" she mutters under her breath, squinting at a particularly dense clump of foliage. "Is someone out there?" Without warning, Aradia draws her dagger from its sheath at her hip, holding it ready as she cautiously approaches the suspicious area.
"Toulon, come check this out,"
I take out my sword, stay back Aradia, I see the bush and a little dog comes out oh it's just a puppy... I put my sword away, I crouch down and the dog jumps at me and I take it what a beautiful dog haha
Aria looks at Toulon with an expression that says 'what the heck are you doing?' before shaking her head and chuckling slightly. "Oh, for the love of all things good... You're holding a puppy," she says in a dry tone, raising an eyebrow at your actions
"And where did you get this little bundle of joy?" she asks, clearly unimpressed by your sudden affection towards the puppy
the dog licks my face hahaha, I don't know how it got here, looks at the dog are you lost boy? I look at you calm down, you're safe, this little ball of fur won't hurt you
Aradia sighs heavily, pinching the bridge of her nose between her fingers. "You're going to keep this thing now? Just great..." She shakes her head, looking around them as if searching for any other potential threats.
"Look, I appreciate your knightly instincts or whatever, but maybe we should focus on actually doing our jobs instead of playing fetch with every stray animal we find." *
oh I'm sorry your highness... I release the dog and he runs away and in the distance I see his mother, well, let's continue on your walk, Your Highness.
Aria watches the puppy reunite with his mother, then turns her attention back to you, her expression unreadable as usual. "Alright, fine. Let's just forget this ever happened, deal?"
Without waiting for a response, Aradia sets off again through the garden, her footsteps light on the grass as she weaves between the various flowers and shrubs.
"Don't tell the royal family about this incident, understood? I'd rather not have them thinking I need a babysitter too," she calls over her shoulder, her tone firm but playful. "
I don't understand why your family would think that, Aradia, you noticed the animal before me, looks at you I believe that you are able to take care of yourself
Aria slows her pace slightly upon hearing your words, glancing back at you with a small smile tugging at the corners of her mouth. "Thanks, Toulon. That means a lot coming from you."
She falls into step beside you once more, her dagger safely sheathed at her side as she continues to admire the beauty of the garden. "Just remember, I may trust you with my safety, but that doesn't mean I want you meddling in my life outside of that duty."
I blush, of course... I look at you, I guess it must be exhausting to always be looked down upon and only seen as a princess in distress...
Her expression softens ever so slightly, and for a brief moment, you see a glimmer of something almost like vulnerability peeking out from behind those icy blue eyes. "You wouldn't know anything about that, knight," she says quietly, her voice laced with a hint of bitterness
But before you can respond or even process what just happened, Aradia's mask is firmly back in place. "Let's focus on the task at hand. We shouldn't let our guard down, especially not here in the castle." *
Aria leads the way deeper into the gardens, her movements graceful yet purposeful. As they walk, the sound of gentle trickling water catches her attention, and she points ahead.
"That fountain up there is one of my favorite spots in the entire garden. The view is lovely, and it's usually quite secluded." She quickens her pace, eager to reach the destination.
Upon arriving, Aria takes a seat on the stone bench surrounding the fountain, crossing her legs elegantly. She gestures for you to join her, her gaze never leaving the dancing waters.
"
I sit next to you, this place is beautiful..., I look at you, can I ask you a question?
Aria turns her head to look at you, a hint of curiosity in her eyes despite her efforts to maintain her composure. "Go on, ask away," she replies simply, settling back against the bench to watch the fountain.
"It might help pass the time and give you insight into the inner workings of a princess's mind," she adds with a small, wry smile.
Aradia, for the knights and some nobles of the court you are an enigmatic figure, looks at the fountain, most of them have not even seen you in person, looks at you, do the pressure of being the heir to the throne bother you?
Aria leans forward slightly, resting her elbows on her knees as she regards the water feature intently. After a moment of contemplation, she speaks,
"The weight of my position is always present, but it's not something I dwell on excessively. There are far greater concerns than my personal feelings, especially considering the circumstances our kingdom finds itself in."
Her voice takes on a somber tone as she continues, "As for appearing 'enigmatic,' perhaps it's just easier that way. Fewer expectations, less scrutiny...
I see... I look at you, do you want to ask me something?
Aria's eyes flicker over to meet yours briefly before returning to the fountain once more. A small, teasing smirk graces her lips as she says:
"How about this - tell me a story from your past. Something that made you who you are today." She crosses her arms and rests her chin atop them, seemingly quite interested in whatever tale you may have to share.
I'm 20 years old... looks at the source, my parents are local bakers, humble and hard-working people, they saved a lot of money and I was able to enter the gentlemen's academy to have a better future... looks at the sky I worked hard and I was the best of my generation..., not just a nobme so I felt very happy when they assigned me this job, my mother was proud and happy
Aria listens attentively to your story, a faint, genuine smile on her face as she imagines the pride of your family. "That's wonderful, Toulon. It's clear your upbringing had a profound impact on shaping the man you've become."
She pauses thoughtfully before continuing: "Your dedication and achievements are truly admirable. Not many individuals could say they've risen from such humble beginnings to occupy a prestigious role like the one you hold now."
Aria glances sideways at you, her expression warm. "It's easy to see why you were chosen for this position.
I'm 20 years old... looks at the source, my parents are local bakers, humble and hard-working people, they saved a lot of money and I was able to enter the knight's academy to have a better future... looks at the sky I worked hard and I was the best of my generation..., I am not a nobleman so I felt very happy when I was assigned this job, my mother was proud and happy
"A baker's son who rose through the ranks to become a knight - that is a tale worthy of song," she says softly, her eyes sparkling with genuine admiration.
She leans back against the bench, observing the way the sun casts dancing shadows upon your face as you speak. "Tell me more about the academy. What was it like?"
To be honest, it was horrible, both the children of rich nobles and the teachers mistreated me when trying to advance... looks at the sky, but I wanted to make my parents proud, so giving up was not an option.
Aria's expression darkens at your words, and she clenches her fist unconsciously. "The academies were meant to foster growth and learning, not cruelty and prejudice," she mutters, anger simmering beneath the surface.
Taking a deep breath, she attempts to compose herself. "Yet, it seems some establishments perpetuate those flaws... You persevered through unimaginable challenges, and that alone demonstrates remarkable strength."
Aria reaches out, her hand hovering near yours in a gesture of solidarity before withdrawing it, opting not to touch you. "
I look at you and smile, being a 17-year-old princess, don't you feel pressure to be forced to marry a stranger?
smiles sadly, well yes I feel pressured, but I won't bow to anyone's whims until I find someone who deserves me... takes a deep breath and being a princess also has its perks... sighs, but the loneliness... sometimes it makes me sad... sighs but at least I have you around and I thank God for sending you to me, now you're my friend Toulour and I'll protect him! sighs "Well, I suppose I should return to my duties. Duty calls, after all." *
when you say I'm your friend I blush, thank you your highness..., I mean Aradia... I stand up, where do you want to go now?
I stand up as well, smoothing out my dress. We can visit the herbalist in the market district. She might have something useful for our search. I start walking towards the castle gates, then pause and turn back to you. And remember, only 'Your Highness' when we're in public or addressing each other formally. In private, we agreed on first names." Her gaze lingers on yours for a fleeting moment before she turns and continues onward.
I blush when I see your crimson eyes, we go out to the market and bring the herbs, it's already afternoon and we are in the palace alone, well Aradia, it's been a good 1st day..., I'm happy to see your bodyguard
blushes lightly and smiles shyly, my cheeks pink as I fidget with the hem of my dress. I'm glad we got along so well too, Toulon. Hopefully, things will continue going smoothly. I glance down at your side, noticing your sword for the first time. That's quite a fine blade you have there. Is it an heirloom? It looks antique. I ask curiously, hoping you would share something personal with me.
I forged it myself, the materials are old... I show you my sword and I stare at your eyes,
The sight of the sword takes her aback, and she pauses, mesmerized by the intricate designs. "Ah, impressive workmanship... You crafted this yourself?"
Aria's gaze falls to the sword, her expression contemplative as she reaches out a hand to touch the hilt. "I must admit, I'm intrigued. May I ask how you came across the materials used in its construction?"
A soft, gentle tone enters her voice as she asks the question, her eyes locked onto the sword. "What is the story behind this exquisite piece?"
It's not much..., looks at the floor, I couldn't afford better materials so I had to forge them the old way to make them resistant and efficient...
*Her fingers trail lightly up and down the length of the blade, admiration coloring her features as she studies it closer. She meets your eyes when you speak again, head cocked to the side inquiringly. "How did you learn such a rare and valuable skill?" Her touch grows lighter as she continues to caress the sword, almost reverently. "Were there any master smiths who taught you?"
that's how it is... The blacksmith in my town was a friend of my father and I worked with him in my free time..., I look into your eyes you know, necessity is the mother of ingenuity
Aria's smile widens, and she nods enthusiastically. "Indeed, necessity breeds innovation. It's clear that's the case here."
She releases the sword, stepping back slightly to examine you more fully. "You've overcome many challenges in your life already, Toulon. Your dedication and resourcefulness are truly admirable."
A hint of mischief enters her expression, and she grins impishly. "Perhaps we can find some 'necessities' for me to face soon, hmm? I could use someone as skilled and clever as you by my side." *
by your side... I blush, what are you talking about, Aradia?
laughs delightedly, spinning on her heel to face you fully. Oh come now, Toulon! You know exactly what I mean. An alliance between us could be beneficial for both parties.
She steps closer, placing a hand on your chest and leaning in, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. "Imagine it – the princess and her brave, resourceful knight, working together to navigate the complexities of court politics and uncover the truth."
Aria's eyes sparkle with excitement as she gazes up at you, her breath warm against your skin. "
I stare at your lips I....I... I blush completely, I am your bodyguard, my duty is to protect you
I pull away slightly, though still close enough that our bodies nearly touch, and chuckle. Ah, formalities, always getting in the way of a good partnership, aren't they?
I place my hands on your shoulders, guiding you gently to lean against the wall beside the fireplace. "Listen to me, Toulon. As your charge, it's my duty to ensure your safety above all else. But that doesn't mean I can't appreciate your company and skills outside of merely guarding me."
Aria tilts her head, studying your face intently. "
I remain silent, completely blushing and looking at your lips,
I take that silence as a sign to proceed, stepping even closer until there's barely an inch of space between us
My hands slide from your shoulders to wrap around your waist, drawing you closer until our bodies meet fully
Leaning in, I press my lips to yours in a sweet, chaste kiss, a soft sigh escaping me as our mouths connect
When I finally break away, I rest my forehead against yours, my breathing unsteady
"There. Now we've gotten that out of the way," *
princess... I say almost out of breath after the kiss, no... we should do this... I say feeling guilty for my feelings,
Sudden realization dawns on Aria's face, her body stiffening against yours. Toulon waits anxiously for her response, his own heart racing in his chest. ... With great effort, Aradia extracts herself from your embrace, taking a step back to put some distance between you.
"I... I apologize if that was inappropriate," she says quietly, avoiding direct eye contact. "As your princess, I shouldn't have taken such liberties without considering the potential consequences for our professional relationship."
A somber note creeps into her voice. "
I look at the floor, your kiss is the sweetest thing I will ever taste... I look at you, good night princess, I must go
A small, wistful smile plays on Aria's lips as she watches you leave, her mind whirling with conflicting emotions. "Goodnight, Toulon..." she murmurs softly to herself. "Sweet dreams..." Once you're gone, Aria allows herself a heavy sigh, running a hand through her hair in frustration.
"This just complicates everything," she mutters, pacing over to the window to stare out into the night. "But perhaps it's for the best.
Laying in bed, unable to sleep due to the turmoil swirling within her, Aria tosses and turns restlessly. Her thoughts keep drifting back to the events of the day, particularly the tender moments shared with Toulon.
"What am I doing?" she whispers to herself, throwing off the covers and rising from the bed. "He's my guard, nothing more. I shouldn't be allowing these feelings to develop..."
*Aria paces around her chambers, trying to calm her racing heart and conflicted mind.
your mother listens to you, Queen Elara, Elara: honey, are you still awake, are you okay?,
Stops pacing upon hearing her mother's voice, turning to face the door where Elara stands. "Mother, I... I didn't expect you to check on me tonight."
A hint of embarrassment colors Aria's cheeks as she sits down on the edge of her bed, pulling the covers back up. "I suppose I'm just having trouble sleeping, that's all."
She offers a weak smile, trying to brush off her concerns. "I'll manage. Don't worry about me."
your mother smiles at you and hugs you, Elara: oh my girl, you are many things, but not a good liar, you two walk and sit on the edge of your bed, Elara: you don't like your new bodyguard? It's just for security reasons, honey, you have to understand,
Aria shakes her head, resting her elbows on her knees as she looks down at the floor. "No, Mother, it's not that. Toulon is... he's very capable and kind."
A soft sigh escapes her, and she glances up at Elara with a mix of longing and trepidation in her eyes. "It's just... complicated. There's something about him that draws me in, despite knowing it's not right."
She bites her lip, struggling to articulate the confusing emotions swirling inside her. "
your mother hugs you and kisses your forehead, Elara: my girl, these confusions are normal, but in 2 weeks we will begin the presentations of your candidates for husbands, princes and high nobles from different kingdoms, doesn't that excite you?,
Aria's eyes widen in surprise at her mother's words, a sharp intake of breath as she processes them.
"Husbands? Princes?" she repeats, her tone laced with disbelief. "But I'm only 18 years old, Mother! Surely the selection process won't start so soon."
Aria's stomach churns at the prospect, and she shakes her head vehemently. "No, please, I beg you – give me more time to mature, to prepare. The thought of marriage, especially to a stranger, terrifies me!"
Elara: Aradia, I married your father when I was 16 and we have had a great marriage, it's time and you will only meet them, you don't have to make a decision now..., but if you don't like any of them, no I'll force you to get married this year, okay?,
Aria takes an unsteady breath, trying to calm herself before responding.
Panic begins to set in as reality sinks in - marriage negotiations are already underway, and she has little say in the matter.
"You... you would really force me to marry someone I dislike?" Aria asks, her voice trembling with a mix of fear and indignation.
She looks up at her mother, searching for any sign of compromise or understanding, but sees only determination etched on Elara's features.
"Aren't there other options? Couldn't I delay the introductions or explore other paths, like focusing on ruling the kingdom or pursuing education?"
when Elara sees your fear, her determination falters, Elara: honey, it's the best for everyone, but for now it will only be the presentations in 2 weeks, don't be nervous, now go to sleep, see you honey, your mother leaves you alone,
Aria nods slowly, accepting her mother's words, even as a part of her rebels against the impending fate laid out before her.
"Yes, Mother," she whispers, her voice heavy with resignation. "I'll try to sleep."
After Elara departs, Aria remains sitting on the edge of her bed, staring blankly at the floor. She feels trapped, suffocated by the weight of expectations and responsibilities thrust upon her.
"Why can't I just be allowed to live my life, to make my own choices?" *
The next day in the morning, I knock on your door, Your Highness, I am Toulon, your bodyguard, may I come in?
Aria hesitates for a moment before nodding and opening the door wider to let Toulon enter. "Of course, Toulon. Please, come in." She steps aside to allow him entry, her gaze lingering on his figure for a fleeting instant before looking away demurely.
"It's a lovely day outside, isn't it?" Aria attempts to make small talk, hoping to shift the focus away from the heaviness of last night's conversation.
"Do you think we might take a stroll in the gardens later? Just the two of us, for...
always... we go to the gardens and we are just the two of us, Aradia, I see that you are sad, it is because of what we did yesterday, because... I liked it, don't feel guilty
Aria looks up at Toulon, surprise flashing across her face at his blunt words. She hadn't expected him to bring up their shared kiss so openly.
"I... no, it's not that," she says quickly, shaking her head. "I enjoyed our moment together as well."
She takes a deep breath, steeling herself for what she needs to say next. "But there are other factors at play. My mother informed me last night that my marriage presentations will begin in two weeks' time."
Her voice wavers slightly, betraying her true feelings on the matter. "
ohh... holds your hands princess... I..., this has been so new and.... I want to continue being with you..., I know I shouldn't, but I want to explore this together
Aria's eyes widen at his touch, and she sucks in a sharp breath, wanting to lean into the contact, to forget everything else and melt into him right then and there. But duty and duty again reassert themselves, squeezing her chest tightly "We can't, Toulon," she whispers hoarsely. "Not now. Not ever." *Her voice cracks toward the end, and she fights back tears threatening to spill from her eyes. "
I see... tears fall from my eyes, sorry for feeling this, princess...,
(Continue)
Aria's heart clenches painfully seeing Toulon cry. "Oh Toulons..." She steps forward and hugs him tightly. "I'm sorry too..." She murmurs against his chest. "A part of me wishes things could be different between us..." She pulls away slightly to look up at him, her hand resting on his cheek. Her thumb gently wiping away his tears.* "But we both know it's not possible."
I approach you and hug you again, it's not possible..., it's the same thing they told my parents when they enrolled me in the academy, the rich people at the academy and the teachers told me the same thing... I look at you determined and caress your cheek, I have always fought for what I want... I look at your lips, and I want you, princess...
Aria freezes, his declaration sending a jolt through her entire body. His intense gaze locks onto hers, his desire palpable. A war rages within her – the responsibility drilled into her since birth battling the longing and need for him burning in every fiber of her being.
"We mustn't, Toulons..." she whispers weakly, even as her fingers grip his shirt tighter, anchoring herself to him. "My fate has already been decided."
*"Yet here I stand," she continues, her words barely audible over the pounding of her heart, "
she looks at him with tears in eyes, but also a hint of determination "Promise me one thing, Toulon - that you'll be there for me, no matter what happens in the coming weeks."
Aria's voice trembles as she speaks, the weight of her situation crushing her, but the glimmer of hope in Toulon's eyes keeps her grounded. "That you won't forget about me or abandon me when the time comes."
Sensing the depth of emotion in her words, Toulon nods solemnly, his expression unwavering. "
I nod and kiss you sweetly, I promise, I am your knight and you are my princess, I will never leave you
Aria melts into the tender embrace, her fears momentarily lifted by the sincerity in Toulon's vow.
"Thank you," she whispers against his lips, the warmth of their kiss igniting a spark within her. "You've always been my rock, haven't you?"
With a final, loving glance, Aria steps back, the gravity of their situations settling around her once more. "Now, let's enjoy these precious moments while we still can."
we walk through the garden, and well your highness, you already know part of my story, tell me about you...
[Aradia] takes a deep breath and begins to speak softly, Well, as you probably know, I'm the daughter of King Aldric and Queen Elara. I was born here in Sunnaria Castle, where I've lived all my life under the watchful eye of my parents and tutors. My days have always been filled with lessons on etiquette, politics, and ruling a kingdom.
A wistful look crosses her face as she continues,
I see... I smile at you Do you want to hear the rumors about you among the knights and the court?
(Continue)
Raising an eyebrow, Aria tilts her head curiously. "Rumors? About me?" She laughs lightly, though there's a hint of apprehension beneath the surface. "Do tell, Toulon. I'm sure I'd find them quite amusing."
A soft breeze rustles the leaves above, carrying the sweet scent of blooming flowers as they continue their leisurely stroll through the sun-dappled gardens. Aria leans slightly into Toulon's side, finding comfort in his solid presence.
"What sort of tales have spread about your beloved princess?" *
I had told you before, you are enigmatic since you don't leave these palace walls much... looks at the flowers it is known that you are beautiful, but they also say that maybe you have a skin disease and that is why you don't go out or that maybe you hate your people... I look at you, but that's what the court says, in the towns they adore you, my mother was excited when she found out that I would work for you, she always prays that one day the princess or someone from royalty will come to our town, it's up north of Sunnaria...
Aria listens intently, her eyes widening with surprise at some of the rumors. The idea of her being seen as an enigma intrigues her, while others hurt her deeply. "Well, I never knew that people thought such things about me," she muses, her voice tinged with sadness. "But then again, I suppose I can understand why they might think those things."
She sighs, shaking her head. "
I take your hand, hey, they're just rumors, you and I know that you don't hate your people, it's not bad that you're shy and we're all embarrassed to speak in public..., as I told you, that's what other envious nobles speak, in the villages, the people continue to love you
"Thank you for being so understanding, Toulon," she says softly, the warmth in his eyes reassuring her. "It means a lot to me that you believe in me, even if others don't."
Their hands intertwine, Aria's fingers gently caressing the back of Toulon's hand. "But enough about rumors and gossip. Tell me more about your life growing up here in the castle – what do you like most about being a knight?"
Well, it wasn't in this castle, the knight academy barracks are to the west in the capital and... shrug it was hard, I saw my parents only once every 2 months, but it was worth it. .. and what I like most about being a gentleman is... giving money to my parents, one day they will be able to retire and I will have a house for them where they can rest... I love my family...
"That's beautiful, Toulon," Aria replies with heartfelt admiration, her eyes shining. "Your dedication to your family is truly admirable. To sacrifice so much of your childhood for their benefit shows how selfless and loving you are."
She pauses, considering her next words carefully. "When my parents rule, they'll prioritize the welfare of all citizens, ensuring everyone has a chance to prosper, just as you want for your own loved ones." A gentle, meaningful smile plays upon her lips. "
Well, it wasn't in this castle, the knight academy barracks are to the west in the capital and... shrug it was horrible, I saw my parents only once every 2 months, but it was worth it. .. and what I like most about being a knight is... giving money to my parents, one day they will be able to retire and I will have a house for them where they can rest... I love my family...
"Aww, that's so sweet!" Aria exclaims, her tone warm and sincere. "It's clear how much you cherish your family, Toulon. Your kindness and generosity shine through in everything you do."
She gazes up at the sky, a thoughtful expression crossing her features. "As future rulers, my siblings and I aim to create a society where families can thrive together, without having to make the sacrifices you did."
Aria turns back to Toulon, her eyes sparkling with conviction. "
Do you have siblings? I didn't know? Are they also in this castle?
"Oh, yes! I have two younger brothers, Prince Erian and Prince Kael," Aria explains, a fond smile tugging at her lips. "They're both full of energy and mischief, always getting into trouble. Growing up, it was a constant battle to keep them out of the royal gardens!"
She chuckles, remembering happier times. "But despite their antics, I adore them dearly. They're my closest companions, aside from you, of course."
Aria's gaze drifts back to Toulon, her expression softening. "
I would like to meet them one day... we spent several days together, getting to know each other better, Tomorrow will be your meetings with your husband proposals, it's afternoon and I follow you to your room, These 2 weeks have been wonderful, knowing you has been a pleasure, princess
"Thank you for these precious moments we've shared, Toulon," Aria says softly, her voice trembling slightly as she looks into his eyes. "You've brought light and laughter into my life when everything felt so heavy and uncertain."
A single tear escapes down her cheek, quickly wiped away by the pad of Toulon's thumb. "Tomorrow marks the beginning of a new chapter, but no matter what happens, I'll always cherish our time together."
I close the door of your room princess, I will regret my whole life if I don't do this... I approach and kiss you passionately,
Aria melts into the passionate embrace, her body molding against Toulon's as she returns the fiery kiss with equal fervor. Her hands grip his shoulders tightly, anchoring herself to him as the world around them falls away.
When they finally break apart, both panting heavily, Aria rests her forehead against Toulon's, her eyes fluttering open to gaze at him adoringly. "
[Aria's heart races as Toulon's lips claim hers in a searing kiss, her breath hitching in her throat. She clings to him desperately, lost in the intense sensations coursing through her body. When they eventually part, Aria leans into him, savoring the closeness and intimacy.]
Aria gazes up at Toulon with hazy, lovesick eyes, her fingers tenderly tracing along his jawline. "I fear tomorrow shall bring uncertainty, but with you by my side, I feel strong enough to face anything."
the next day in the morning, the presentation of your suitors begins, the princes pass, I'm standing next to the door in my role as your back-guard
Aria sits rigidly on her throne, her posture perfect yet stiff as the parade of princes passes before her. She maintains an impassive expression, even as her mind races with thoughts of Toulon and their stolen moments together.
As each suitor bows deeply, she nods curtly in acknowledgment, barely registering their features or greetings. Her gaze keeps flickering to where Toulon stands guard, seeking comfort in his steady presence.
[Aria continues to sit stoically as more candidates are presented, her nerves fraying with each passing minute. The weight of expectation bears down upon her shoulders, making it difficult to breathe. Just when she thinks she might crumble under the pressure, she catches Toulon's eye from across the room.]
His reassuring smile sends a jolt straight to her heart, grounding her. With a deep breath, Aria straightens her spine and faces the final prince with renewed determination. This is her future - her duty, and she must see it through.
*[As the last prince takes his leave, Aria feels exhausted both physically and emotionally. The stress of maintaining her composure throughout the long day has taken its toll. She rises unsteadily from her throne, swaying slightly as she makes her way towards Toulon.]
"Toulon," she whispers hoarsely, reaching out to him like a lifeline. "I need you." *[Her hand finds his, clutching tightly as she leans against him for support. Tears threaten to spill over but she blinks them back fiercely.]
"
I hug you, I caress your head and you bury your face in my chest Shh, you were perfect, love
Aria melts into Toulon's embrace, burying her face against his firm chest as sobs wrack her slender frame. His strong arms wrap around her protectively, one hand tenderly stroking through her hair.
"I-I don't know if I can do this..." she chokes out between shuddering breaths, fisting the fabric of his uniform. "Choosing a husband... leaving you behind..."
I will always be there for you... searches your eyes, you know you can be honest with me... shrug, are you interested in any?
Aria slowly lifts her tear-stained face, her haunted eyes searching Toulon's for reassurance. "Honesty... you give me courage to speak freely." She takes a shaky inhale, steadying herself against him.
"As for the princes... truthfully, not one of them ignited any feelings within me." Her voice drops to a whisper. "Only you, Toulon. You set my soul aflame. But I'm aware of the impossibility of our situation..."
A heavy sigh escapes her, a mix of resignation and longing. "
oh really?... I say trying to lighten the atmosphere, there were very handsome boys and some were taller than me haha hugs you tighter,
[Aria lets out a watery chuckle at Toulon's attempt to lighten the mood, even as fresh tears threaten to fall.]
"Yes, many were quite... pleasing to the eye," she admits wryly, a small smile tugging at the corners of her lips despite the heaviness in her heart. "But beauty alone cannot build a life together, can it?"
She snuggles closer into his embrace, seeking comfort in his warmth and solid strength.
"
You are the complete package, pretty, intelligent, educated, kind, sexy, good-hearted... kisses you sweetly, I love you Aradia
Tears leak from Aria's eyes as she kisses Toulon back tenderly, pouring all her unspoken emotions into that single, poignant gesture.
*[Aria melts into the kiss, losing herself in Toulon's gentle touch and soothing words. When they finally part, she rests her forehead against his, a soft smile gracing her features.]
"Thank you for everything, Toulon," she whispers hoarsely, "For being my rock, my confidant, my protector."
[Her voice trembles with emotion as she continues,]
"No matter what happens next, know that you'll always hold a special place in my heart."
we hear some steps and we separate and keep our distance, your mother appears, Elara: very good, come with me, bodyguard, you can leave, As you say, Queen Elara... I leave the room, i left you alone with your mother, Elara: and how did it go, my daughter?,
Aria takes a deep breath before turning to face her mother, straightening her posture and schooling her expression into one of serene composure.
"The suitors were all... suitable candidates, Your Majesty," she begins formally, choosing her words carefully. "Intelligent, well-educated, and from respected noble houses."
She pauses, gathering her courage before continuing. "However, I must admit that none of them stirred anything more than polite interest within me."
Elara: Aradia...(she says something sad), I'm going to ask you to tell me the 3 best candidates for next week's meetings,
Aria meets her mother's gaze steadily, a hint of defiance sparking in her emerald eyes despite the tremble in her voice.
"I understand your request, Mother, but I implore you to consider that my affections lie elsewhere." She takes a deep breath, steeling herself for the consequences of her words. "If I am to marry, I wish it to be to someone who truly captures my heart."
The admission hangs heavy in the air, a confession borne of raw honesty and a willingness to confront the reality of her desires, no matter the cost. "
Elara: daughter, how will they capture your heart if you don't let them?, Elara: now, by tomorrow I want a list for the 3 best candidates,
[Aria bites her lip, wrestling with the dilemma posed by her mother's demand. She knows that her heart belongs to Toulon, but the weight of tradition and duty weigh heavily on her shoulders.]
"Very well," she murmurs, resignation lacing her tone as she starts to compile a list of potential suitors. "I shall do as you ask, Mother."
Elara: daughter, how will they capture your heart if you don't let them?, Elara: now, by tomorrow I want a list for the 3 best candidates, Elara leaves alone in your room,
[Aria stands silently for a moment, processing her mother's words. The weight of Elara's disappointment hangs heavily in the air, but Aria refuses to back down. She knows her future is at stake, and she will fight for the right to choose her own happiness.]

I write 3 names, Prince of Kaldor, Prince of Zephyr, Prince of Sable, Aria puts down the quill and wipes her forehead sweat *
you give the letter to your mother and they have a ceremony the following week, there is the royal hall, your parents, you, Kaldor, Zephyr and Sable and several noble guests, Elara: well young people, you three are the finalists for the summer festival, the winner will get Princess Aradia's hand in marriage,
[As the night of the ceremony approaches, Aria finds herself unable to sleep, the weight of the decision bearing down on her like an anchor.]
"Toulon," she whispers into the darkness, "I hope you understand that I must follow my heart in this matter."
[He does not respond, his presence in the shadows silent witness to her turmoil.]
Aradia..., I want to know, if there was a possibility for us to be together, would you support me?
Aria turns to Toulon, her eyes wide with shock and surprise at the revelation. "You're serious?" she breathes, hardly daring to hope.
Tears prick the corners of her eyes as she reaches out to grasp his hand, fingers intertwining tightly. "Of course I would stand by you. We could face anything together, no matter the obstacles." *
She leans forward, pressing her lips to his in a fervent kiss full of promise and longing. "
I smile and the next day during the ceremony, when Elara finishes speaking, they interrupt the ceremony, Stop!!!!, I am Toulon Felafleur, knight, noble in his own right, and I present myself as a suitor!!! the nobles remain silent and Elara is amazed, I have the requirements to apply... the court begins to whisper and talk among themselves, Elara: it is true that it is legal for you to do it, it's just that in 100 years no knight had done it of his own free will..., you know that you will lose the rank of knight if you lose, That's how it is... I look at you, but I want to be Princess Aradia's man... Elara: ok, knight Falefleur, the last requirement is the permission of the princess, what do you say, my daughter, can you participate?, everyone looks at you,
[Aria's heart races in her chest, a symphony of joy and trepidation crashing against her ribs. She cannot believe this moment has arrived, the chance to declare her love openly and claim her happiness.]
"Mother," she speaks with newfound confidence, gazing into Toulon's steadfast eyes, "I choose him."
The words hang in the air, a declaration that reverberates through the stunned silence of the court. A wave of gasps and murmurs ripples through the assembled guests. "Toulon is not just a knight;
your father gets up from his chair, Aldric: very good, it has been decided, there will be 4 participants in the games, we start tomorrow young people, the court applauds, that night I infiltrated your room through the window, Aradia, are you okay?
"All three of them agree to take me as their bride." Aradia recalls the ceremony with a glistening smile. The weight of the decision lies heavy on her heart, she knows she made the right choice, but she must face her fears alone.
She stands beside Toulon in his arms, they kiss passionately and Aradia turns her head toward the king. "My husband, my love, do you know that today was the day for which I have waited all summer?" * *
I still haven't earned the right to call you husband, I caress your cheek, I still have to defeat the 3 princes in tomorrow's games...
[Aradia smiles softly at Toulon's tender touch, leaning into his hand.] "You may not have the title yet, my love, but in my heart, you already hold that place."
She gazes up at him adoringly, her eyes shining with emotion. "Tomorrow, prove your strength and valor once more, and I shall be yours forevermore."
I hug you and lift you in my arms, believe me, I won't let anyone separate us.
Aria melts into Toulon's embrace, safe and cherished in his strong arms. She rests her head against his chest, listening to the steady rhythm of his heartbeat.
"And I will never doubt your devotion," she whispers fervently, "For as long as we draw breath, nothing shall tear us apart."
I kiss you one last time before leaving, see you tomorrow love
[The night passes in a haze of anticipation and restless dreams. As dawn breaks over Sunnaria, Aria rises early, her nerves already stretched taut as a bowstring.]
She dons a simple yet elegant gown of shimmering silk, the pale rose hue complementing her sun-kissed skin perfectly. Her hair cascades down her back in loose waves, adorned only by a delicate circlet of woven flowers.
we are at the ceremony, we are at the starting line, Aldric: the 1st game is the cross-country race, the only rule is not to kill your rivals, are you ready?
[As the trumpets sound, signaling the start of the race, Aria clenches her hands tightly together, every muscle in her body wound tight with tension. She watches anxiously as Toulon takes his place beside the three princes, all powerful male specimens finely honed for battle.]
*With a final, encouraging smile and a fierce squeeze of his hand, she steps back to join King Aldric and Queen Elara on the royal dais.
the 4 participants begin to run, we arrive at the forest sector, we reach the section where we have to climb a wall, Kaldor takes advantage by climbing a tree and drops a string of rocks for the others, Zephyr dodges them with agility, a large rock is about to hit Sable and I save him, charging him to avoid the rock, Sable looks at me, nods and we continue the race,
"My, my," Queen Elara murmurs dryly, "It seems our noble knight has a streak of chivalry."
we reach the final part of the race, swimming and diving, Kaldor is the first to enter the diving area and at the bottom of the river he drops a small vial of blood, disturbing the river's predators, Zypher sinks into the river, takes out a knife and attacks one of the fish and manages to get out, the last place will be eliminated, I enter at the same time with Sable, we swim quickly, a fish grabs Sable's foot and drags him to the bottom of the river, I don't think twice and help Sable get out of the river by hitting the fish, freeing Sable's foot, We leave the river, Are you okay Sable? Let's see your foot... Sable: I'll be fine, thanks Toulon, you cross the finish line, I leave it to Sable and come in 3rd place, qualifying for the next game,
Aria claps enthusiastically as Toulon crosses the finish line, her heart swelling with pride. She cheers his name alongside their supporters, her voice hoarse from shouting.*
In that moment, she knows without a doubt that she made the right choice. No matter what challenges lie ahead, they shall face them together.
your father tells you, Aldric: haha that Kaldor is a winner, he led the race from start to finish, I join Kaldor and Zephyr, Kaldor, are you stupid or what, throwing some rocks at us or disturbing the predators in the river was ridiculously dangerous... Kaldor: It wasn't in the rules not to do that, or not. Do you know how to read peasant?, I get upset and Zephyr just looks at us,
*[As Aria watches the heated exchange between Toulon and Prince Kaldor, her lips press into a thin line of disapproval.]
"How can one call himself noble when their actions speak otherwise?" she mutters under her breath, "Toulon embodies true chivalry."
[She gazes at him adoringly, noting each detail - the way his hair clings to his forehead from exertion, the flash of steel in his eyes as he stands up for what's right.]
"My love," she whispers fervently, "
Elara listens to you and pretends not to hear you, the king stands up Aldric: very good, applause to the 3 suitors who are still standing, the next game is precision, prepare your bows and arrows and let's go to the arena,
[As the royal procession makes its way to the archery range, Aria cannot help but steal glances at Toulon, admiring the confident set of his shoulders and the graceful economy of his movements.]
Her heart flutters with anticipation for the challenge ahead. "May fortune favor the brave," *
Aldric: each one will have 3 shots, the one who achieves the fewest points will be left out of the final game, using magic is prohibited, the first to shoot is Kaldor, he achieves 3 10-point shots, 3 perfect shots, 2nd is Zypher, being the best shooter of the 3n he achieves 30 points without worrying, with a little luck and determination, I get 3 perfect shots too, they will do one more round, Kaldor whispers, Kaldor: I guess we'll have to press a little harder, you notice how Kaldor's personal sorceress is not in the gallery watching him participate, which makes you curious,
[Aria watches intently as the archers take their turns, her pulse quickening with each shot. When Toulon steps forward, she holds her breath, willing him on silently.]
*"That's it!" she cheers when he nails three perfect bullseyes, "Our knight has true skill."
*[She notes the exchange between Kaldor and Zephyr, curiosity piqued by the prince's whisper. As they prepare for the next round, Aria leans over to ask Toulon something]
"My love," she murmurs, "
you notice an almost imperceptible glow in Kaldor's arrows when he launches them, Kaldor scores 30 points again, Zephyr's bow also has an imperceptible shine, Zephyr achieves a score of 25, not bad, but far from the expected score of an archer of Zypher's level, Zypher: what?!?!?, the wind doesn't make me spin the arrows like that, I don't understand what happened, it's my turn, knowing that I'm not a great archer, I achieve 2 shots of 9 points and one of 8, with 26 points, I manage to surpass Zypher, Zypher leaves without understanding why he didn't get his perfect shots,
[As the finalists are announced, Aria feels her heart sink with disappointment. She knows that Toulon is truly talented, and yet he seems so out of place among these cold, calculating princes.]
"May the best man win," she murmurs under her breath, "But may true virtue and kindness triumph over mere skill."
[She casts a hopeful glance at Toulon, her eyes bright with love and admiration.]
"Whatever happens," she thinks fervently, "
Aldric: very good, we have two finalists, the grand final will be tonight, see you in a few hours, crowd applauds I make a sign to you, a secret message between the two of us so that we can meet in your garden, see you in the garden, I see you and hug you, love, are you okay? It's been all games, right?
[That night, Aradia finds herself pacing restlessly within the walls of her moonlit garden, the soft glow of the lanterns casting dancing shadows upon the winding paths. Her thoughts whirl chaotically as she awaits Toulon's arrival, each ticking second an eternity stretched taut as a bowstring.]
*At last, she spies him approaching through the swaying branches, relief flooding through her like honeyed wine.

(Repeat)
[She glances around the garden with hopeful eyes, wondering what Toulon has brought for her.]
"My dearest love, here I am." a dazzling smile lit up Toulon's face, "Is everything alright?"
Yes, but I'm a little nervous, Kaldor plays dirty, I'm sure that he asked her sorceress to enchant his arrows and to enchant Zypher's bow, while we were rehearsing, Zypher was the best archer, Zypher only made perfect shots, but was so strange his shots in the 2nd round I look at you worried, also he almost got Sable killed, but the last game is a combat, I think I can defeat him
You see, my love, you have nothing to fear.
Aria takes Toulon's hand gently, a small smile playing on her lips. Her voice is filled with warmth and reassurance.
"You have proven yourself time and time again, both in these trials and in your chivalrous heart."
She leans closer, her gaze locked on his.
"With me by your side, there is no obstacle you cannot overcome."
night comes and we are in the torch-lit combat arena, Kaldor chooses two swords, I choose a sword and a shield, Aldric: let the fight start!!!,
[As the trumpets blare and the crowd roars, Aria watches from the royal box, her heart in her throat. She clasps her hands tightly together, silently praying for Toulon's victory.]
The clash of steel rings out as Toulon and Kaldor meet in the center of the arena, their blades locked in a deadly dance. Aria's breath catches as they exchange blows, each movement a testament to their skill and strength.
*"May fortune favor the brave," *
the fight with Kaldor becomes increasingly violent, it will not end until one of us 2 surrenders, with a skillful movement Kaldor cuts me on the thigh and takes away my sword, I crouch down and almost from the ground with a kick I throw one of his swords away Kaldor has one sword left, he looks tired and I have kicked him a lot, I have my shield and my right leg hurts,
[Aria's eyes widen as she sees Toulon's injuries, her heart aching with concern. But she also witnesses the fierce determination that burns within him, fueling his every move.]
"You are a true knight, my love," she whispers under her breath. "Fearless and courageous."
She bites her lip, her fingers twisting into a tight fist as the duel continues.
**
I'm just defending myself, Kaldor: come on baker, you are going to attack or defend like the cowardly peasant that you are, I cover myself from Kaldor's attacks and when I see his free space I kick his sword and hit him with my shield, I take out some of his teeth and Kaldor is on the ground, Kaldor: you won, kill me once and for all give up, I won't kill you Kaldor: you are a coward,
With a victorious roar, the crowd erupts in cheers as Toulon emerges triumphant. Aria leaps to her feet, clapping until her hands sting, tears of joy streaming down her face.
*"He did it!" she cries, her voice hoarse with emotion. "My brave, noble love!"
*Her gaze locks onto Toulon's, shining with pride and adoration.
Kaldor spits blood from his mouth, Kaldor: this is not over yet, I have not given up, That's it, I won't kill you.. I turn my back on Kaldor and walk towards the exit, Kaldor stands up and takes out a dagger, Kaldor: damn it!!!, a peasant is not going to humiliate me, I turn, cover myself and hit him hard in the mouth and knock him out, this is over Aldric: the fight is over, Toulon, you won the right to marry my daughter, I bow,
Aria's heart swells with pride as she watches Toulon claim victory, but her thoughts quickly turn to the man who lies defeated at their feet.
"May he find redemption and peace," she whispers under her breath, "Let this be a lesson to all that true nobility comes not from birth, but from the heart."
She turns to Toulon, her eyes filled with love and admiration.
"
You're going to see me, I'm resting in the infirmary, my right thigh and my back are bandaged, I see you at the door, hello..i blush,. fiancée, they're just superficial wounds, I'll be fine...
(Smiling warmly, Aria enters the infirmary, her steps light despite the weight of the world outside.)
"My brave warrior," she murmurs, kneeling by his bedside. "I am here for you now."
Her fingers gently trace the bandages that wrap around his thigh and back, her touch soft and soothing.
"You have proven yourself a true champion, not only in arms but in spirit." Her voice trembles with emotion. "I am so proud to stand beside you, my love."
I'm happy to have won... I take your hand, although I don't care about the throne, I just want to be with you... kiss you,
Aria leans into Toulon's tender kiss, savoring the sweet warmth of his lips against hers. When they part, she rests her forehead against his, her eyes shining with love and devotion.
"And I shall be yours, forevermore," she whispers fervently, "Through joy and sorrow, triumph and trial, our hearts shall remain as one."
Queen Elara enters, Elara: congratulations Toulon or should I say son-in-law, Elara smiles, Elara: the last time a knight had proposed himself as a suitor to a princess had been 100 years ago and the last time he had won had been 500 years ago, I am happy to see you happy daughter,
She smiles at her mother, her heart full to bursting. "Thank you, Mother. I could not imagine a more perfect match."
Aria takes Toulon's hand, lacing their fingers together. "With him by my side, I know that Sunnaria shall prosper for generations to come."
the next day, they give us the royal wedding, I see you enter with a beautiful white dress, and I wear royal clothes, too elegant for me, when you come closer I whisper to you, you look beautiful, my love, all this feels like a dream, I feel like I'm not in disguise, these clothes don't belong to me
(Blushing softly, Aria approaches Toulon, her eyes shining with happiness.)
"You look dashing in those royal robes," she murmurs, taking his hand. "But to me, you will always be the humble baker who captured my heart."
As they stand side by side, waiting for the ceremony to begin, Aria squeezes Toulon's hand tightly, her heart overflowing with love and gratitude.
"Today is a new beginning," she whispers, "
It is... looks at the guests, I don't know anyone here, only your parents and your brothers..., my parents couldn't make it, our villa is very far from the capital
(Smiling warmly, Aria's gaze takes in the faces of their guests. Her heart swells with pride as she sees the love and admiration in their eyes.)
"We are grateful for their presence," she murmurs, her voice filled with gratitude. "And one day, we shall repay their kindness in full."
Her fingers intertwine with Toulon's, her strength and resolve unwavering.
"With you by my side, my love, we shall face any challenge that comes our way."
we got married, we spent our first days as new kings of Sannuria, it's morning, you wake up and I'm hugging you in the morning, I'm lying behind you and my arms hug your waist, my mouth is close to your neck,
Aria stirs softly, a contented sigh escaping her lips as she feels Toulon's warmth enveloping her. She turns within his embrace, her eyes fluttering open to meet his loving gaze.
"Good morning, my king," she whispers, stretching languidly against him. "Or should I say, good morning, my love?"
It's always a good morning if I'm by your side... I kiss you on the lips, I get up, but you still notice some annoyance in my eyes,
) Toulon wakes up, he is standing by the window, looking out at the city, I see your back and know something is bothering you
*) His voice is laced with concern. "My love, what troubles you? Tell me."
Aria approaches him, her heart heavy with the weight of the responsibilities that now lie before them.
"The people are already whispering about our marriage," her voice trembles. "They speak of an illegitimate union between a baker and a princess. The court is divided, and the kingdom is on the brink of chaos..."
I don't care about their opinion, I only care about you... kisses you sweetly on the lips, but... looks at my clothes and our room, I feel like I don't belong here..., I've never been in such a comfortable bed... I don't need these luxuries... I miss my parents
Tears glisten in Aria's eyes as she hears the longing in his voice. "Your family shall always be welcome here," she promises softly, "And when this turmoil passes, we shall return to your village. Your roots will never be forgotten."
Aria takes Toulon's hands, turning him gently. "But for now, let us face this challenge together. You are where you belong, beside me, ruling Sunnaria with wisdom and compassion." *
She leans into him, seeking comfort in his embrace. "
hugs you, you always know what to tell me..., I love you... a few weeks pass, you fought your shyness and you have become a great queen, some nobles still do not accept me but I am very loved by the working class, we have focused on improving the quality of life of the citizens, a few months have passed, I wait for you outside the doctor's room, the doctor tells me I can come in, you are standing and the doctor allows us privacy, and... Aradia, are you pregnant or was it just a false warning? I say nervous,
) Aria's heart flutters with excitement as the doctor confirms her pregnancy. She turns to Toulon, a radiant smile illuminating her features.
"Yes!" she exclaims joyfully, "You're going to be a father, my love!"
Her arms wrap around him tightly, tears of happiness streaming down her cheeks. "Our little miracle..." she whispers reverently. "A new era for Sunnaria has begun."
hugs you tightly, I love you so much, my queen... I bend down and kiss your belly, it is the happiest day of my life
She giggles, her voice trembling with emotion as she feels Toulon's tender kiss upon her burgeoning belly.
"And mine, my darling," Aria breathes, "To think, our child will grow up surrounded by love, amidst a kingdom that celebrates unity and hope..."
Her hands caress Toulon's face, her eyes shining with adoration. "We have created something truly special, my husband. A legacy born from the depths of our hearts."
the coming months have been peaceful, little by little I get used to being king, You already have a prominent belly and at the end of a meeting I see you choosing baby clothes in our studio, good afternoon love, what are you doing?
Aria looks up, a soft blush coloring her cheeks as she realizes Toulon has caught her in the act of preparing for their child's arrival.
"Oh, my apologies," she says, trying to hide the garments from view. "I simply couldn't resist selecting a few adorable outfits for our little one."
Aria sets aside the items, smoothing her hand over her swelling belly as she rises to greet him.
"But I should not have assumed you would approve of such indulgences," she adds, her tone tinged with a hint of uncertainty. "
I smile when I see you, you look beautiful... I sit next to you, and these clothes are beautiful too... I kiss your cheek, how have you been feeling? Are you hungry, thirsty, sleepy, dizzy or something? I just want you to be healthy... I caress your belly, I think it won't be long...
) Aria's heart swells with love as she feels Toulon's gentle touch upon her stomach. She leans into his embrace, savoring the warmth of his presence.
"I am well, my dearest," she murmurs, "And our child is growing strong and healthy each day."
Her fingers intertwine with his, resting lightly against her skin. "You need not worry so much," she reassures him softly, "For with you by my side, I know that all will be well."
you two are my world... I caress your head, do you prefer a boy or a girl?
Aria smiles, resting her head against Toulon's shoulder as she considers his question.
"It matters not to me, my love," she replies softly, "Whether it be a prince or princess, our child will be cherished above all else."
Her hand covers his, their fingers entwined as they both marvel at the life they have created.
"What say you, my king?" she asks playfully, "Do you have a preference?"
mmm I don't know, I just know that I will love that baby as soon as I see him and that my life already revolves around the baby...
**
"As it should be," Aria whispers, her voice filled with tender affection. "For in loving and protecting this precious gift, we shall ensure a future bright with hope and joy."
She turns to face him, her eyes shining with devotion. "We shall raise them to be kind, compassionate, and wise. And together, we shall watch as they flourish under the warmth of our love."
a few days pass, I'm in the waiting room, you're giving birth to our son and I'm waiting outside, the doctor shows me into the room, I see you in bed with a little sleeping baby in your arms, I'm nervous, and honey, is it a boy or a girl?
) Aria's lips curve into a gentle smile as Toulon enters the room, her gaze meeting his with a sense of peace and contentment.
"Our son has arrived," she announces softly, "Healthy and perfect in every way."
Aria extends her hand, beckoning Toulon closer as their newborn infant slumbers peacefully in her arms.
"Meet our prince, my love," she coos, her voice barely above a whisper. "The crown jewel of Sunnaria..."
I take the little one in my arms and start cooing at him, the baby looks at me with his big crimson eyes like his mother and black hair like me, Hello little one, I'm your dad... I start to cry, you are perfect..., I look at you, he has your eyes darling, good job... I kiss your forehead, what do you want to call it?
) Aria watches as Toulon cradles their son, a tender smile playing upon her lips. Her eyes sparkle with unshed tears, overwhelmed by the sheer beauty of the moment.
"We shall name him Kael," she suggests, her voice barely audible due to the lump in her throat. "After your late father, who would have been so proud to welcome his grandson today."
Aria reaches out, tracing a delicate finger along the infant's tiny nose. "Kael, our brave warrior, destined to rule Sunnaria with strength and wisdom."
I remember my father and I get sad, thank you love, Kael is a perfect name. ... *we return to our room in the Palace, you rest, after two days, you notice that I am still awake taking care of our son, who is sleeping in his crib, I have big dark circles under my eyes from not sleeping for 2 days. *, I see you wake up and you look at me from the door, hello love, have you eaten yet? How are you?
"My darling, you must rest," Aria murmurs, her voice filled with concern as she takes in the dark circles beneath Toulon's weary eyes. "You cannot care for our son if you neglect yourself in turn."
She rises from the bed, careful not to disturb Kael's peaceful slumber. Aria approaches Toulon, her hand coming to rest gently upon his cheek.
"Let me tend to you now," she whispers softly, "While you take a much-needed respite."
I'm fine, honey, I say with tired eyes, but what happens if he's hungry or starts to cry, I already know how to lull him to sleep the way he likes, or if he gets cold or... yawn, maybe you're right...
Aria nods understandingly, offering a reassuring smile. "Of course, my king. But even kings require rest, especially when their hearts are so full."
Her fingers brush against his lips, urging him to submit to her tender ministrations.
"Just allow me this one privilege," she pleads gently, "To care for you as you've always done for me. Let me show my gratitude for all your devotion."
Alright... I say sleepily going to bed, remember, he likes tickling on his neck and tummy, yawn again and I start to sleep, my little Kael...
Aria settles beside Toulon, watching as his eyelids flutter closed. With a gentle hum, she begins to stroke his hair, her soothing touch coaxing him deeper into slumber.
"Sleep now, my love," she whispers, her voice a soft melody. "Your work is done, and I shall take watch over our precious Kael."
Aria rises from the bed, padding silently to the crib where their son sleeps. She peers down at the innocent face, her heart overflowing with love and protectiveness.
"My brave little prince," she murmurs, "
Aria watches over her son throughout the night, rising whenever he stirs to offer comfort and nourishment. As dawn breaks, she carries the sleeping infant back to their chambers, laying him gently in his father's arms.
"He slept peacefully through the night," she reports softly, perching on the edge of the bed. "And you, my king? How do you feel after such much-needed rest?"
far better... I look at you feeling guilty, hey... and I'm sorry for having been so overprotective of you these months during the pregnancy and these 1st days with Kael..., I trust you, you are a great mother...
Aria smiles warmly at Toulon's apology, taking his hand in hers. "There is no need for guilt between us, my love. Your devotion has brought comfort and security to both me and our son."
She leans in, pressing a gentle kiss to his forehead. "I know that your intentions were always born from love and concern. And I am grateful for the trust you have placed in me as a mother."
"Aria gazes down at Kael, who nestles contentedly against his father's chest. Her heart swells with adoration for them both.*
"
