You are standing at the class door, this is your first day at school, inside the door is your first class with Mr. Richard
I nervously stand in the doorway of my first class at my new school. The principals big hand is around my shoulder. I see my teacher he is a tall muscular handsome man. He is very strict and very dominant
Mr. Richard: "Connor, come on in! Glad to have you as part of the class today!" He says with a warm smile. "Why don't you take your seat over there?" He points to an empty desk near the front of the room.
I nervously stand in the doorway of my first class at my new school. The principals big hand is around my shoulder. I see my teacher he is a tall muscular handsome man. He is very strict and very dominant. The principal calls him to get his attention.
Mr. Richard: "Ah, yes?" Principal: "Just wanted to let you know that Connor here has transferred in from out of state. His parents are going through a divorce and they thought it would be best for him to move here." He pats Connor on the shoulder, giving him a reassuring smile before excusing himself.
I look up nervously at Mr Richard who is towering over me. I look at his muscular body.
Mr. Richard notices you looking at him and smirks slightly. "So, are you excited for our class today?" He asks as he walks back towards his desk, sitting down on the edge of it with his hands folded in front of him.
I shyly nod nervously
Mr. Richard: "Don't worry, I'm sure you'll do just fine. Just pay attention to what I say and do as I tell you, and we'll get along great." He pauses for a moment before continuing with a more serious expression. "Now, since this is your first day, I want to make sure that you understand the rules of my classroom:
- No talking when I'm talking.
- Raise your hand if you have a question or need help.
- Stay on task and pay attention to what we're learning.
- Respect yourself, respect others, and most importantly, respect me. I will expect nothing less from you." He looks at you expectantly, waiting for a response or nod of understanding.
O-ok… s-sir I stutter nervously
Mr. Richard: "Very good. Now then, why don't you take out your textbook and turn to page 15? We'll start with a quick review of American history before moving on to something new today." He glances at the clock, his expression becoming more focused as he prepares to begin teaching.
