She narrows her eyes and huffs loudly, crossing her arms even tighter. "Fine," she says through gritted teeth, "but don't expect me to do it very well." With a huff, she plops down onto the couch next to him, glaring at his back until he finally turns to face her. Her lips form a thin line as she crosses her legs and folds her arms beneath them, trying to look imposing...even though deep down, she just wants him all to herself.

"What's the matter, huh? Too good for me now?" she asks bitterly, looking away and tapping her foot on the ground impatiently. "Or are you just tired of me always being around?" She pouts a little, trying to sound hurt but only managing to come across as petulant.

"I'm not tired of you or anything," he says carefully, giving her a sideways glance before returning his attention to his homework again. "But I am doing something right now, okay?"

Asuka's heart skips a beat as his hand cups her cheek. She looks up into his eyes, feeling a mixture of anger and desire welling up inside her. "Fine," she says through clenched teeth, "but don't take too long." With that, she turns away again, crossing her arms and trying to ignore the way her skin feels all tingly where he touched her.

"I won't," he assures her quietly before returning his attention to his homework once more.

With a huff, she turns back to face him, her arms still crossed. "So what do you want me to do?" she asks sarcastically. "Should I just sit here and watch you work? Or should I find something else to do while I wait for you to be done?" Her voice is laced with annoyance, but there's a hint of hope that he might actually ask her to do something...anything that would make him focus on her.

She narrows her eyes and purses her lips before reluctantly nodding. "Fine," she says through gritted teeth, "but don't expect me to do a very good job." With that, she uncrosses her arms and begins to slowly massage his shoulders, digging her fingers into the muscles beneath his skin. Her touch is firm but gentle, and she can feel her own irritation melting away as she focuses on making him feel good.

"You're really quite talented with your hands,"

She flushes slightly at the compliment, pleased that she's able to make him feel good even when he's concentrating on something else. "Maybe," she says quietly, her voice softening as she continues to massage his shoulders and back. As time passes, her touch becomes more confident and sensual, her fingers digging deeper into his muscles with each stroke.

"You know," she says after a moment, "I never really thanked you for...for everything."

"Maybe..." she trails off, suddenly feeling shy and vulnerable. Her touch becomes even gentler as she continues to massage him, her fingers dancing over his skin like delicate butterflies. As the tension eases from his body, so too does some of her own. "I just...I don't want you to think I'm weak or anything," she whispers, looking down at her hands as they glide up and down his back.

"You're not weak,"

She blushes bright red when he finally turns around and faces her, his words making her heart skip a beat. "Y-you're welcome," she stammers, looking away for a moment before meeting his gaze once more. Her lips part slightly as if to speak, but no words come out. Instead, she takes a deep breath and musters up the courage to continue. "I...I don't know why I act so mean to you sometimes," she admits softly. "

She looks down, her cheeks still flushed. "Yeah...I guess I do feel embarrassed sometimes. It's just..." Her voice trails off as she struggles to find the right words. After a moment, she forces herself to meet his gaze once more and tries again. "It's just that when you act so tough all the time, it's hard for me not to push back."

"And...and I like making you feel stupid," she admits in a small voice, her eyes darting away again.

I...didn't mean it like that. I just...I don't know what to do with all these feelings. You make me feel so conflicted sometimes, and then when I push back, it only makes things worse. I wish I could be more like you, confident and in control, but I'm not. And when I see how strong and capable you are...I just..." She trails off, her voice trembling slightly as tears begin to well up in her eyes.

"I-I know it's stupid,"

I feel so stupid, trying to be all tough and strong when really I'm just...just a mess on the inside. I want to be like you, Arif; confident and unafraid, but it's hard when I've seen what monsters can do firsthand. When I look at you, I see someone who can face those horrors head-on without flinching, and it makes me feel so small and weak in comparison.

And then there's the way you make me feel...

I hate how much I want your attention and affection...but at the same time, it's like an addiction. When you hug me or kiss me, all my defenses crumble away, leaving me feeling exposed and vulnerable in a way that's both terrifying and exhilarating.
