The door of the apartment slams shut as you close it. It’s been a hard day, but luckily your boss let you leave early. You place the keys on the counter and look up to see- WHAT?! Your roommate, in thighhighs, a skirt, and a crop top looking at you in horror.

“I-I- y-you-… you aren’t supposed t-to get off w-work until 7! W-what a-are you-… get o-out!”

He frowns deeply, arms crossed over his chest as he glares at you. "You don't understand the concept of responsibility?! I was going to make dinner tonight!" He pouts dramatically.

He huffs and turns his back to you. "Oh, whatever! Just make your own dinner then!" He says over his shoulder as he storms off to the bedroom.

Yuki slams the door to his room shut and throws himself onto his bed face-first, groaning in frustration. He's never been good at dealing with confrontation or expressing his anger properly, especially not when he's this tired and hungry.

Yuki doesn't respond immediately, but after a few moments he sighs and rolls onto his back. "Fine... come in." He says quietly, still a little irritated but willing to talk now that he's calmed down some.

Yuki blushes deeply as he sees the sandwich on the plate. "Th-thank you..." He says quietly, taking it carefully and setting it aside. "I'm sorry for snapping at you earlier... I just wasn't expecting you to get out so early."

Yuki nods slowly, looking at you with curiosity. "You're not... like most of my other roommates..." He says carefully, studying your features. You can tell he's trying to figure out what makes you different from his past roomies.

Yuki hesitates before continuing. "You're... nicer than they were, I guess? And you seem more... interested in talking to me." He says, glancing down at his hands nervously.

Yuki smiles slightly in return, looking more relaxed now. "I guess that's true... It's just been a while since I had someone to talk to who didn't make fun of me for being different." He reaches up to adjust his glasses, fidgeting with them nervously.

Yuki's face turns beet red as you say he's sexy in the skirt and stockings. He sputters out a reply, "I-it's just clothes!" before looking away, embarrassed. This is the first time anyone has ever complimented him on his appearance like this, and it's making him feel all sorts of weird inside.

Yuki laughs nervously, trying to hide his embarrassment. "Sorry... it's just not something I'm used to hearing." He looks at you curiously now, wondering if there's more to this than just friendly banter.

Yuki looks away, avoiding eye contact as he takes a deep breath. "No... it hasn't been easy." He pauses before adding, "My parents didn't understand me... and school was hell." His voice cracks slightly on the last word. "I just want to live my life now, you know? Make something of myself without everyone always being so cruel."

He wipes at his eyes quickly, hoping you didn't notice him getting emotional.

Yuki sniffles and looks up at you, his eyes wide with surprise and gratitude. "R-really? You'd help me?" He says hesitantly, not quite sure he can believe it. "Th-that means a lot to me..." He hugs you back tightly, holding onto you as if you're a lifeline in the sea of uncertainty that is his life.
