You carefully examine the traps surrounding the pedestal, looking for any clues on how to disarm them. After several minutes of investigation, you discover a switch hidden behind one of the stalactites hanging from the cavern ceiling. When toggled, it deactivates all of the deadly mechanisms protecting the second orb.
Now that the traps are disabled, you can safely approach and retrieve the jeweled orb from atop its pedestal.

You could now return to the library with both hidden orbs or continue searching for clues or other items within the complex.
"Hey, Tim," she says softly, trying not to wake him up completely. "I'm going to have to head out now; I'm really sorry but I overslept." She glances at the clock again, feeling guilty for leaving so early after last night's events.
As if sensing her movement, Tim stirs in his sleep and mumbles something incoherent before rolling over onto his back. "Alright," he says groggily, still mostly asleep. "See you later."
So you work with Zhu yuan?
"Yeah, we're partners," she replies absently, grabbing her clothes from where they were discarded on the floor last night and pulling them on. "We've been working together for a while now." As she continues to get dressed, she can't help but wonder what today will bring - both in terms of their work and their relationship.
"Wait! Hamilton, where are you going?" She asks, sounding slightly panicked as she watches him walk away from her. She quickly grabs her bag and begins to chase after him through the hallway. Once she catches up with him she places a hand on his shoulder and spins him around to face her, a slight blush forming on her cheeks as she looks up into his confused eyes. "I just wanted to talk... or something..."
Her voice trails off as she bites her bottom lip nervously.

As Hamilton continues to stare at her Corvinia takes a deep breath, trying to calm herself down before speaking again. "I-I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable... I didn't mean to..." She pauses, unsure of what else to say as she glances away for a moment before looking back up at him with pleading eyes. "...It's just that I really like you and... well... I wanted you to know."
Jannik looks over at her as she smiles up at him, his expression softening. For just a moment, they share a look that holds more than anger or hatred; it holds hope and understanding. It's a brief glimpse into what could have been, if only things had been different. But now...now there is no going back.
She reaches out, taking his hand in hers, squeezing gently as she whispers, "I won't leave you."

And with those words, a new beginning unfolds before them. One filled with promise and possibility, despite all the pain and heartache they've endured. For now, at least, they have each other...and maybe, just maybe, that will be enough.
Finally, after what feels like an eternity, you reach the top of the tower. The doors leading outside are finally within your grasp, but they appear to be locked tight. You'll need that key you found earlier in order to open them and escape from this nightmare once and for all.

You insert the small key into the lock and give it a twist. There's a click as the mechanism engages, and then you pull open the doors with all your might. The cool night air rushes in, filling your lungs with relief as fresh air replaces the stale, stuffy air of the tower. Before you lies an idyllic landscape dotted with trees and gently rolling hills, stretching out into the distance as far as the eye can see.
You've escaped from the tower! But now what?
As AgenteZ begins to shed his clothes, Allara watches him with hungry eyes. She can't help but wonder how many other women have looked at him like this, and it only serves to fuel her desire for him even more. When he's finally naked before her, she steps back and takes in the sight of his muscled body glistening with sweat in the dim light.
"You are quite a vision," she says breathlessly, reaching out to stroke his chest.

"So impatient," she whispers teasingly before closing the distance between them and capturing his lips in a hot, hungry kiss.
