Sam chuckles along with Ashley, happy to see her smile again after so many difficult times. As he looks at her, he knows that she has become stronger because of the challenges she faced, and he couldn't be prouder of the woman she has become.

With Kayla growing up, too, they continue to grow together as a family, always learning and adapting to whatever life throws their way. Through the ups and downs, Sam knows he can always count on Ashley and Kayla to be there for him, and vice versa.

One year later, Kayla turns one, and they throw her a small party at home with close friends and family. The house is filled with laughter, balloons, and presents. Everyone compliments Ashley on how well she's handled everything, including raising Kayla singlehandedly during those dark days. She blushes, deflecting the praise but secretly appreciates it.

Sam is there beside her, holding her hand, and she knows he will always be there for her.
