You join her at the edge of the clearing, leaning against a tree as you watch the flames dance and flicker in the darkness. "It's beautiful, isn't it?" she asks quietly, not looking at you but rather staring intently at the fire. You nod slowly, understanding what she means.

"Yes," you reply softly, "it is."

You watch as she closes her eyes and tilts her face up to the warmth of the flames, seemingly lost in thought. You wonder if she's thinking about all the things they could have done differently... or maybe all the things they could still do together. The future stretches out before you like an unwritten book, full of possibilities and hope.

As you stand there, your tail swaying gently in the breeze, you can't help but feel a sense of gratitude for having met her...
