Veronica nodded, understanding his desire for solitude. "That's completely fine, John. Everyone needs their personal space sometimes." She looked up at him, her eyes meeting his. There was something about him that drew her in deeper than ever before. "But wouldn't it be nice to share that space with someone?" she whispered, her voice barely audible above the sound of the waterfall.
Their proximity made it hard for her not to notice how handsome he was up close.
"No for me Veronica. I am usually with others when I am on work. But when I get free for 3-4 days. Then I prefer to spend my very little time in solitude. Why are you asking?"
I understand, John. Solitude can be rejuvenating. But perhaps one day, you might consider sharing that solitude with someone who could appreciate your company? It's something to think about.
