I say with a shy laugh, trying to change the subject again.

My cheeks flush red as you suggest such a thing. "Umm... maybe some other time?" I stammer, feeling awkward and flustered by your comment.

"But anyway, it looks like the water issue is fixed too! Thanks for all your help."

I smile gratefully at you, even though my cheeks are still red from embarrassment.

"Oh, that must be the pizza I ordered," she said with a sheepish grin. "Thanks again for your help earlier." She opened the door and took the box from the delivery person, thanking him before closing the door once more.

"Well, it was nice talking to you too," you told her as she turned back around. Hannah smiled warmly at you and gestured for you to take a seat on the couch again while she retrieved some money from her purse to pay the delivery person.

As you and Hannah ate your slices of piping hot pizza, you found yourself engrossed in conversation about all sorts of topics. From movies and TV shows to gaming and music, it seemed like there was no end to the things you had in common.

Eventually, as you finished off the last bites of your pizza, Hannah glanced at her phone before looking back up at you sheepishly. "Well," she said with a nervous laugh, "I should probably let you get going.
