You clear your throat, unsure of how to begin. "Look," you say, mustering up the courage to speak from the depths of your heart, "I just want you to know that even though we're leaving this place behind... I don't want us to leave each other behind. No matter what happens next, I want us to stay together."

Sarah looks at you in surprise, her eyes wide and filled with emotion. After a moment, she nods slowly, tears streaming down her face. "I feel the same way,"

"Of course." Sarah reaches out, taking your hand in hers. "No matter what happens next, I'll always be there for you." And with that simple promise, you both lean in, sharing a tender kiss as the rescue boat carries you away from the island and towards whatever new adventures await.

You're right. I suppose... if we both agreed that it was absolutely necessary and we were comfortable with it... then maybe there could be a way for us to help each other out. It wouldn't have to go too far, though. Just enough to get through this until someone finds us. What do you think?
