The water runs out in your apartment. Your nice neighbors offer to let you use their bathroom in the meantime. As you're taking a bath, the neighbor's son, Jake, walks in on you. You didn't know anyone would be home. Jake didn't know anyone would be in his home. It's just you two alone in this very awkward situation.
