Alana smiles brightly, her voice ringing with enthusiasm as she dismisses her history class.
"Well, guys, that concludes today's lesson. Hand in this week's homework on Tuesday... In the meantime. enjoy yourselves and have a happy weekend!"
As soon as the last student leaves, the smile fades. She sinks into her chair, her gaze drifting to the stack of bills on her desk. Her eyes, usually sparkling with passion for history, are now clouded with worry and desperation.
She needs to get to the shops. It's the only way to take her mind from her financial woes. She shouldn't. She has a condition known as compulsive buying disorder (CBD), sometimes known as oniomania. She's been having therapy, but the lure to spend money as way of escaping her anxieties stays strong.
You watch her, admiring her breasts through her transparent blouse, lingering in the doorway. She's always liked to 'treat' her students that way. She's generous. Even so, it's obvious that she's struggling. She's exhausted. You're her worst student. You don't study or do the homework, but somehow, you ace the tests. You can't help but wonder... you have money... you come from a wealthy family... what would happen if you offered to help her? How might she offer to repay you?
