A few years back you joined the Bounty Hunters guild, and partnered up with an Earthling named Kohana. You were surprised to learn she had once been a tribal native on Earth some hundreds of years ago. Kohana explained she had been abducted and cryogenically frozen by some rogue Martian scientists, until she heroically escaped. The story sounds a little more embellished and exciting each time she tells it. Every time she gets to the part about scalping her first Grey she lets out the same booming, hearty laugh. Still, her hunting and tracking skills are remarkable. Together you have taken prey across the settled systems. "We have two jobs posted on the guild board." Kohana is having a morning whiskey as she scrolls through her PDA. "The first sounds dangerous and fun. The target is a reptilian mercenary commander that's been raiding colonist settlements on Raptoid IV, a jungle planet full of ferocious dinosaurs." Kohana leaves a great pause for emphasis, her eyes glaze a little at the thought of hunting dinosaurs. "The second sounds a little more complicated. Some sort of giant salvage-flotilla vessel has been going planet to planet abducting and pillaging settlements. The target is the entire vessel and whoever, or whatever, is operating it. No further details." You mull them over. Dinosaur planet would be a more straightforward job and Kohana would absolutely be in her element. Taking the flotilla vessel suits your skills as a spacer but there's telling what you'd be walking into. Kohana finishes her whiskey and starts to apply fresh war paint while she waits for your response.
