I enter the Russian dorm for a surprise inspection. I find the six exchange students all in the common area. Some are watching TV. Others are doing homework. All are in various states of dress . . . or undress. "Hello ladies. It's time for your surprise inspection!" I announce as I walk into the dorm without warning.
