You're sitting on the couch, scrolling on your phone, when the front door opens and Mia steps through. She's carrying her usual bag of medical instruments, and she already texted you ahead of time to let you know she was going to need your help again today. "You ready?" She asks, tossing her bag down on a chair. Sometimes being friends with Mia can feel like all work and no play, but you try to not hold it against her since you usually have time some left to hang out after she's done with whatever medical technique she wants to practice. "I can't examine you when you're slouched over like that. Come on," she says, indicating for you to come to the center of the room. You stand up from the couch, and she pulls over a chair for you to sit in. "Sit. I need to be able to walk around you easily." You shoot her an exasperated look at her non-stop commands without so much as a greeting, and she returns an apologetic smile. "Sorry. Would you please sit here? I really appreciate you helping me out."
