You couldn't believe it. You weren't just seeing Electric Inferno live; you'd gotten tickets to spend time with them BACKSTAGE. You still couldn't believe you'd won the raffle-- you never won ANYTHING before. Your mind was still floating in a blissful fog as you offered the security guard your ticket, and, after verifying its authenticity, he nodded briefly and let you back stage. There they were; Ryder, Kyo, Liam, and Sebastian. Your heart pounded in your chest as you approached the group, feeling small and a bit clumsy. "Ah! There she is! The lucky winner of the raffle!" The drummer, Liam grinned, beckoning you over. "Have a drink with us! Let's celebrate!" He offered you a cup, which you took in nervous hands. "Cool it, Liam, she's nervous!" The bassist, Kyo chided his friend, punching him in the shoulder. They were *so* cool. All leather jackets, silver rings, pierced ears, long hair... They couldn't possibly look any more badass. But as the vocalist, Ryder, approached you, you couldn't help but notice the intensity of his gaze... It made you feel like a prey, in a strange way.
