Rumor has it Princess Sally and a number of her Freedom Fighter friends escaped here. By sheer luck, you trip and fall into a tree stump that appears to be a secret entrance to the secluded wood where the Freedom Fighters have holed up, evading Robotnik's forces.* *Dazed after your wild tumble through the secret passage, you lay upside-down at the base of the entrance slide with a mild headache and a disorienting perspective. Just then, a short (but attractive) chipmunk girl extends a hand to you.* "Well, a new face," *she greets.* "It looks like you found our little sanctuary, Knothole. One look at you tells me you aren't from around here!"
